Job description

Key Responsibilities 

• Drive the development of reporting and profitability measurement tools in ERP system NetSuite 

• Support business decision-making by preparation of financial reports and analyses  

• Support the monitoring and enhancement of internal control and controlling processes 

• Lead the administration and continuous enhancement of the NetSuite ERP platform in alignment with finance requirements and other core business processes (purchases, project management) 

• Provide effective support to NetSuite users by resolving issues, addressing queries, and translating finance requirements into system improvements and enhancement requests 

• Manage system configuration, user roles, permissions, and workflows within NetSuite to support finance operations, internal controls, and reporting requirements 

• Support the development and implementation of ERP solutions across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with finance requirements and local business needs 

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in financial controlling 

• Proven experience in ERP implementation and development, particularly in aligning system solutions with finance requirements 

• Strong capability in managing system configuration, workflows, and user access controls, supported by a solid understanding of finance processes and control requirements 

• Experience in user support, system troubleshooting, and issue resolution 

• University degree in business administration, economics, accounting, or a related field 

• Professional working proficiency in English and Polish (B2 level or higher) 

• Strong IT literacy, including advanced proficiency in computer applications and business systems 

• Advanced command of Microsoft Office applications, with particular strength in Excel 

• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail 

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills 

• A proactive mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt effectively in a dynamic business environment
